R n’ R with Sweat Equity?

When was the last time you did something really great for yourself?  Something that not only filled your cup, but boosted your confidence, elevated your fitness and upped your game.

R ’n R and sweat-equity are not generally used to describe one thing in a single sentence but Princess Pedal Cycling Camps provide just that.  Imagine a week where your meals are prepared for you and the dishes are someone else’s job.  Then imagine 4-5 days of riding your bike on many of the quieter roads in the Okanagan valley with breath taking views of one of Canada’s great wine countries.

Ladies only, 5 riders, daily skill development on guided bike rides, meals and snacks, private yoga sessions, self-guided wine touring and laughs… lots of laughs.
